A few helpful answers
Are my files uploaded?
No. Files are processed in local browser memory without being sent to a server. Remove downloaded copies from shared devices.
Why could a file fail?
Damaged or encrypted PDFs and files over size or pixel limits cannot be processed. Try a smaller valid file. Password unlocking, OCR and damaged-file repair are not supported.
How do I keep the print scale?
A4 is 210 × 297 mm. Print at Actual size or 100%. ID copies use 85.60 × 53.98 mm: crop along the card edges to avoid distortion. Passport copies retain the cropped aspect ratio without a fixed passport size. Automatic edge detection is not provided.
Are forms and signatures preserved?
Page copying may not preserve interactive forms, bookmarks, attachments or digital signature validity. Keep the original and inspect the result.
